Xen-3 support pulled up to netbsd-3

the xen-3 domU support has been pulled up to the netbsd-3 branch.
This means that it's now possible to run the stable branch on a xen-3
system (you'll have to use current or wait for netbsd-4 for dom0 support
though). As in current, 3 xen-3 kernels will be build as part of the
release: INSTALL_XEN3_U (to install netbsd on a domU) and XEN3_U
(to use with a populated image disk, or root on NFS).''.
This
should serve as hint as what to put into a kernel config file
to get Xen3 domU support.
