Added locate.updatedb(8)
While sorting out stuff ("what's there on which BSD") for
BSDcertification.org,
I found that NetBSD has no locate.updatedb(8) manpage, while the
program is there in /usr/libexec. I've
added the manpage
now (BFD, but someone had to do it ;).
