NetBSD Branches (Re)Explained
James Chacon sent out mail explaining (some) upcoming NetBSD
release numbers, their related main CVS branches and (esp.)
the related security branches for any of these releases.

and repeat after me:
2.1 is on a different level than 1.6 was,
and 2.1 is on the same as 1.6.3 was.
This is new since NetBSD 2.0, and there were no security
branches and 2.0.1 etc. releases with NetBSD 1.x!
