NetBSD on Asus's EeePC

Quentin Garnier has
posted
about his experiences with NetBSD on the
Asus EeePC: Besides some minor
ACPI fallout (which may have been fixed in the mean time), ethernet
and WLAN will not work with the upcoming NetBSD 4.0 release due to
missing drivers. An ethernet driver is under development, and WLAN is
likely to work with an updated ath(4) driver and net80211 infrastructure,
too.
For those interested in running NetBSD on such a machine, following
NetBSD-current is probably good, as drivers will show up there first.
